I am an experienced qualified guide for coach, train, cruise ship tours or personal tours in my air- conditioned Mercedes limousine(fully insured). Before becoming a guide I worked on cruise ships worldwide for ten years and have lived in the area for 27 years.
I co-ordinate guides for cruise ships and act as a port representation for ground handlers. I am also delighted to assist with tour planning and booking, leading historical sites walking tours (especially for universities), meet and greet services, organising corporate hospitality and special events (my specialised degree subjects are marketing and human resource and I hold a diploma in Management training CPD).
