The North East of Scotland has been my home since 1984. I moved here from Germany, my native country, being attracted by Scotland’s natural beauty and remoteness. Although I am an engineer by profession, I prefer working with people and have been intensely involved with group work in a variety of settings, here and abroad, ever since I moved here. I have travelled a lot, over extended periods of time, but always love returning home to Scotland. Here I am reminded that so many more treasures can be found right on my doorstep.
